Whether you're managing a chronic condition, need a quick assessment for a minor illness, or want a script reviewed and refilled, you get real clinical time in a calm, private setting, usually the same week.

Primary and acute care services include, but are not limited to: hypertension management, diabetes management, hyperlipidemia, thyroid disease, asthma and COPD management, osteoarthritis, non-opioid treatment of chronic joint, neck, and back pain, anxiety and mild depression, seasonal allergies, and more.

Every medical office visit includes a consultation and exam with your provider, plus any prescription medications e-scribed directly to the pharmacy of your choice. In-office lab services are available: cash-pay pricing varies by test through Access Lab, and insurance-based labs are billed by the lab directly to your insurance (you're responsible for any copay or deductible payable to the lab).
